They had major issue with card entry to some rooms. Ours was one. However, staff was very attentive and responded immediately when we reentered our room. It made this situation almost a non issue.

For the most part very clean

The elevator was broken, staff computer down, credit card reader down, put in a dirty room, card’s disabled, and was kept being told I wasn’t using the right credit card ( I only have one ) and people out in the parking lot with big radio playing and lots of cars coming in and out talking to the gentleman who was there.. no one staying more than 5minutes. Very bad place to stay.

It's a very nice hotel with wonderful and friendly staff! The room was very nice and comfortable.

I didn't like finding toenail clippings on the bathroom floor that were not mine!!!! Also, I did not appreciate being woken up at 4am with doors slamming and dogs barking!!!

That they sent me to a better hotel
