Breakfast was amazing. Building was great. Staff was great. No complaints here.

It was a comfortable room and breakfast was good too. 24 hrs coffee and tea was a bonus.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. There are no smoking signs everywhere but there was cigarette and Marijuana smell in the elevator and hallways. It was very unpleasant. That was our main disappointment

The rooms are newly renovated. Everything was clean when I arrived. The location is a little sketchy, but almost expected. It's Flint...I know what I'm getting into.

The entire floor reeked of weed the entire night. & I expected large bottles of SmartWater in the Market area. Instead there were small bottles of Great Value water for $4 each.

I've always stayed at this motel because it was always above and beyond exceptional, this time was just beyond a nightmare. The tub part of spout for shower was loose and came out from wall trying to turn shower head on. The bed was the worst I've ever slept in, not only at this motel but in the longest time. I bought a five dollar pizza at the reception desk only to go upstairs and realize they sold me a pizza that could only be cooked in I've not the microwave in room. No oven available - so waste of money there. They kept trying to charge my reservation card four times to be exact, thank God it was locked, even tho we paid with a different card upon arrival and they took that money. Second night there at 6 am they gave us a wake up call we didn't not ask for. Definitely a hot mess and after this experience, I won't be returning.

One of the elevators, I've nicknamed: Mr. Clackity-Clack and it is a little scary. Clacking loudly every second of its ascent or descent.

It was cheap for the one night we decided to stay there. The guy who checked us in was very nice.

Location was weird. The beds were hard and the pillows went flat as soon as you put your head on them. Garbages at breakfast we’re overflowing.

The doors slam really quick and loud. Our last night I went to buy something from the market and the counter person was pretty nonchalant and rude. Almost like I was bothering her when it's her job to make sure I have a great stay. I just wanted to know where the market was located and even when I came back with my purchase she had an attitude.

i had to switch rooms 2 times during my 2 night stay. i was very unhappy with that!

I was there about 6 months ago and the property was being upgraded. That stay was fine, but nothing special. This stay however:check-in was pleasant, the room looked updated, the wifi was strong, the bed was comfy, the shower was great, the breakfast was tasty and check-out was friendly.

The elevator creaks a bit. The hallway was a little noisy at times. Both of these issues were minor.
