The bed was high, which seems that's the way with the higher rated hotel these days. Since I am under 5', it makes it a challenge just to leap in bed. Not in just this hotel, it seems to be trending to the taller people in all of the newer ones. There are showers installed with the controls to switch to another hand held shower, put too high for a shorter person! I was booked in a disability room cause I have problems with walking and getting in a bathtub could be a hazard for me. I couldn't help but wonder how a person in a wheelchair could manage it.

The breakfast was very good and the ease of check in was nice.

The highway noise was pretty loud, but that isnt anything the hotel can fix.

I requested early check in online no one responded we had to wait 3 hour’s which was 3 pm we arrived at 11:30 drove 4 hours which was disappointing no one responded. And I had 2 rooms came for graduation

I have no clue. Before I could even think to Go they canceled my reservation. For the best though, as a HURRICANE ROLLED THROUGH 🤦🏽‍♀️

Staff was friendly and the facility was well lit, comfortable, and quiet. Room was clean comfortable and well apointed. all in room services worked well. Hot water clean towels and a comfortable rest.

I don't eat pork, and I avoid high carb breakfast options. Not many options on the table here... room for improvement. Turkey or beef sausage in collogen cassings (or) patties, egg and cheese omlets and a salsa or sour cream topping, could be a great start.

No TV remote after three trips to the front desk over a 36 hour span. I like to catch the weather and local news and traffic when I travel but the staff was never able to provide a remote that worked. Breakfast was okay but the sausage patties were cooked dry as a stick and were difficult to even cut up. Young lady doing the food prep was blasting her music both mornings at a volume that limited any conversation. Coffee in breakfast area was unavailable both mornings. Our bathroom fan was noisy as a power tool and even our neighbors vibrated the wall. They are rated by "sones" and it's obvious that they are the cheapest unit the contractor could find. Housekeeping never touched our room so we had to use our own bar of soap in the shower as the pump dispenser was empty when we checked in and was never filled during our stay. I fully realize the difficulty in finding, training, and retaining staff in these crazy times but when nothing gets fixed even when one points it out your customers are gonna quietly abandon you and stay at one of the MANY other hotels in the area

We only stayed 1 night & missed breakfast. Other than that the location was great, the hotel was nice & clean. The staff was very knowledgeable & friendly!!

We had to switch our room upon arrival because the key to our initial room didn't work for us nor the mgr... The Mgr fixed the situation quickly though.
