Very convenient and arcade was fun for the kids.

We were on floor 1 and the people above us was very heavy footed when walking around. Kept me up until 2am. Had poor sleep. The floor and walls aren’t sound proof.

Great location and water park next door.

Rooms are dark, beds need updating - the two in our room were like bowls. It would be nice if there was attention to detail in the upkeep, whomever painted it slopped it on baseboards and trim.

Connected to water park we came for,breakfast really good,and open till 10am which is nice.

All was well,not a game changer but could somehow add access to hot tub to hotel guests more hours?,by roping off area into rest of water park during its closing hours somehow?

Over price for things like food games

There was pee around the toilet in the bathroom and the walls were a little dirty. It was not that big of a deal I know there are a lot of young kids that stay there.

The front desk was very helpful with answering questions and fixing key cards that became unusable. The breakfast was really good-- good variety of hot and cold options, and everything we tried was good.

The facilities were clean, but they felt pretty run down. The bed mattress and pull-out couch mattress were pretty saggy, as if they were in need of replacing. The pricing for Triple Play is also pretty confusing: check with the hotel's website before you book as that may be the best deal if you're planning on using the Triple Play facilities. The biggest disappointment was how expensive everything was. Nothing is included in the room price except breakfast. Everything else is extra. If you've been to other hotels attached to indoor water parks, usually the pools are included with the cost. We did know this ahead of time (other parties were involved in choosing this hotel) but it continued to be a huge downside during our trip. It's a lot of money for pretty small facilities.

kids always love playing at triple play it’s quite a drive so we like to stay!

our room had looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly their was good on the curtains I took pictures the bathroom was nasty had build up in corners around toilet and stuff the white bed bug covers on the beds were so dirty hadn’t looked like they were cleaned in a million years ! for the amount of money you pay for the room you should atleast get a clean room. 200$ for one night is kinda rediculous.

It was just loud. Everything little thing could be heard, but it is a family-friendly place, so i wasn't too surprised. It's just hard to sleep.
