Location great. Street quiet. Staff friendly. Bed comfortable.

Room was much, much smaller than what is pictured and advertised. Not at all as nice and fresh and modern looking. It was in a separate building a house away. 2 queen beds with a 3 foot, beat-up, wood walking area. No area for a chair. Bathroom was fine, great water pressure and hot water. Also thought there would be a mini kitchen with coffee maker like a hotel. Just had microwave and small frig that had water in it from the freezer melting. No ability to put on a fan or control temperature from our room. So no air during the day, freezing air conditioning at night. In all fairness, I did not communicate any of this to management, perhaps they could have remedied, but I really feel bait and switched in terms of the condition of the room we were given. Maybe they have nicer rooms and we just didn’t get one. Wifi wasn’t reliable.

Location was amazing. Also it was very quiet and perfect for my little family with the accommodations. It was a great place to stay to access the beach and boardwalk which spent most of our time on.

Great location, clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a remodel and had every thing we were looking for in a weekend getaway.

There was a small refrigerator in the room.

If you check in early there is no place to keep your luggage while you wait for a room which you can't have before1pm (not guaranteed). Check in time is 3pm. This was a big problem for me since my flight was a morning flight and I did not rent a car. I ended up rolling my luggage around the boardwalk for 2.5 hours. The first room that I stayed in for one night was on the ground floor. The room was worth the price but it was dark. If you open your shades you are revealing everything to any person walking by. But, the room set up was so much nicer than room 2 which is where we spent the remainder of the week. There were 2 flights of cement stairs to the building entrance and 4 flights of steps to get to room 2, no elevator. I had a big suitcase, 40lbs. The room was 2 king beds with no room for luggage. I had to keep my suitcase in between the beds and my friend kept hers on a shelf. The beds took up 90 percent of the room space.

Location was great!!

Thermostat was not anywhere in room and room was hot. Sand on the floor from previous guests. No coffee maker in room. We had one of the 4 floor units and if I were to go back I would get a single story unit in hopes it would be better. Taco restaurant had bad service and was dirty with sticky tables.

Parking. Even though we paid for parking it wasn’t always available. There were cars parked in their area that didn’t have the hotel flyer on the dash. This needs to be monitored better

Very helpful, attentive and cordial staff that is there to make the stay as effortless as possible. Clean, safe and comfortable rooms equipped with mini refrigerator and microwave in the single bedroom. Very close proximity to the beach, excellent to watch sunrise. Next door an outdoor Taco Beach Shack with very friendly staff, tasty Mexican food and fun environment. Highly recommend the area if you looking for restaurants, busy boardwalk and lively night life.

Beautiful beach, short walk. The room was nice visually, but it needs deep cleaning and attention to the details. They say NO SMOKING but the room reeked of smoke and I awoke with a headache everyday. The blinds reeked of the smoke everytime you opened or closed and when the sun hit them in the early morning it overwhelmed the room. The sheets were good, however, the bleach smell was overwhelming. Perfect location, close to everything, walking accessible.
