We never stayed anywhere. They didn't give me a date, a room, or lodging. I arrived tired after more than 7 hours of travel from Austin with two children (2), an older adult (1), my wife and I, to be told that my reservation did not exist and that I could not stay at the hotel because there were no rooms. I called customer service and they cancelled the reservation and only apologized. Do you think it is fair to leave someone without accommodation late at night with children etc.??? I decided to call booking and claim for a refund or relocation. I called and they cancelled the reservation, apologized and told me to wait for a relocation email. I still miss that false email, if I didn't go on my own and pay for another hotel again I would be on the street waiting for you. They don't call or email me. With a PIN confirmation code, everything and it doesn't work. Very bad experience with the whole rental sales system, without satisfactory results. Thank you.

Convenient location ... off/on I40.

Hot Tub and Workout Room were not operational.

Size of the room.

Breakfast and pool wasn’t available although during booking it said it was.

Did not know about hot tub. Pool was too cold to get in. Did not have towels 2nd day. Room was not cleaned after night 1

The fees were horribly overpriced: pet fee of : $75.00. In all my years of staying in hotels I have never paid this much!! A parking fee of $10.00 was not listed on the website and thrown in on a parking permit at check in; were else is one supposed to park and I have NEVER had to pay to park at any hotel in the world!!!!! Pay for breakfast, no free coffee.... a horrible experience = I will not stay at Courtyard again.

I liked that I was able to lay my head down in a bed & sleep.

There was a dirty food container under pull out couch, hair in the bed, food was so-so, dried boogers on shower curtain, stains on carpet in room- gross! Pool was closed indefinitely by health dept.,

Hotel is very run down, room was dirty, bad smell, breakfast not good
