Lighting was poor, ice maker did not work, room was smaller than I had thought it would be,

What I didn’t like is that y’all held my deposit extremely too long.2-3 weeks is truly unbelievable and for that reason I don’t think I’m staying there again.

With the kitchen that was provided when we entered the room, we managed to have a hearty breakfast. This was the first hotel that had a kitchen so it was very convenient.

Close to family and pet friendly. Convenience of shopping and restaurants near by.

The facility was clean and the hired staff were great. The location was a great location to the stores, downtown and my work.

The manager was very unprofessional and dishonest. We vacated immediately after dealing with his shocking behavior. I had booked through a third party company and paid through them . we had purchased items from the ‘Cupboard’ and paid at the desk directly. I hD charges that were showing in my bank statement that the staff was unable to explain because they did not have access to that information. evidently the manager was the only person able to access that information. The desk clerk assured me he would contact me when he arrived at work around 1 PM today. Instead of contacting me, he came to the door with a stack of papers wanting me to sign which I did tell him after I reviewed them I would sign, and instead he told me to vacate the property. He was not going to renew my reservation because I was disputing charges and refusing room service. Room service never came to our door once during the stay, which was OK because we were there long term for my nursing contract. We use the laundry facilities to re-wash towels along with our clothes. I had gone to the desk the night before to get essential such as toilet paper and what not. He did not want to hear any of that and did not go over any of the charges with me but told me we had 30 minutes to leave or he was going to call the police. I called a friend of mine, who works for the IHG corporation, and she was appalled. we located another property and moved.

It was very clean and everone was helpful and friendly!

Location easy to find. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful.

The floor in entrance to room was fairly dirty, wiped with water and paper towel and was black. Doors and door jams were dirty, black dirt smudges all over. Carpet needed cleaning.
