AC/Heater was blocked by couch. Didn't keep steady Temperatures.

for the high price the property was out of date and absolutely nothing updated down to the rusty tissue box and soap tray in the bathroom. stale odor in room and the air conditioning was either freezing on or completely off and hot. I would expect at such a high price point the concierge’s station would have been much more welcoming and reaching out to client to see if anything was needed to make the stay more pleasant. there wasn’t any special touches and even the elevator and hallways gave off a very dark and almost dirty vibe. this would not be a choice for my next visit to Boyton Beach. For almost $300 per day I am convinced I can find a boutique hotel that would make for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay!!

very old and not in the best of condition

The bath room was filthy. Mold in the tub the floor was discussing filthy. No classes in the rest room for water. We will NOT come back to your location.
