The breakfast was great! I always want a big breakfast to get me through my day! Yours was perfect!!

There really was not anything I would change. The staff were totally helpful when my relative ended up going to the hospital and my sister in law came in from Virginia, I was able to let her stay with me and then I was able to book her into my room when I checked out the following day. It was a smooth transition for us.

Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. what was offered was typical fare for this type of accommodation.

Extra chair in the room was a hard back chair which made it extremely uncomfortable to sit and read. no maid service , but clean towels were provided upon request.

Staff accommodated all needs and we’re very friendly. We don’t eat pork and Saturday morning’s breakfast didn’t offer us any meat options. When I came down to get coffee on Sunday morning, the gentleman let me know that he had Turkey bacon available for me! I was very impressed and very appreciative! I haven’t had this type of customer service in a while!!

Door lock didn’t work, took a bit to discover, but they gave me a new room and upgrade.

Staff was friendly and they had fresh lemon water and cookies at arrival.

HVAC in room was not functioning, but early spring so kept room from getting too hot had to open window. The window didn’t have a screen so we only opened it intermittently and again it was early spring so no bugs.

The breakfast was excellent! All the staff was very friendly and able to answer any questions. They always had a smile!

There needs to be a shuttle to go to the hotel from the airport and to return to the airport back again.

Bookings requested hotel Mgr.to release me from penalty of canceling a second room bcause I could not travel with my family, due to complcations from recent surgery. Hotel manager insisted that I had to pay for room even thought I requested cancellation of room over 72 hrs. Hotel had option to rent room to other party and I expect they did. Bookings, thank you for your effort to help me, but mgr lacked any compassion.

The breakfast was fine, about average for these types of motels.

I made the reservation with ample notice. I prefer a “top floor “ room. When I asked about it at check in, the answer was something about “with the price you paid”… the price was standard. I then had elephants stomping on my head at 4:00 am. I was there for 3 nights. Attendance at the front desk left much to be desired.

The sausage was tasty once it arrived.

Poor, breakfast was a half hour late. The kitchen staff apparently came to work late and made no effort to try to have breakfast ready in a timely manner. While management was aware of the situation they did not offer to help, as they walked through the waiting breakfast guests to serve themselves from the kitchen. Additionally, the eggs were cold - not quite thawed from their late preparation. Beyond breakfast, the front desk was abandoned. Once someone did come the check-in guests waited approximately 20 minutes while the staff member repeatedly left to sort out a key problem on the second floor. Note, one of the door key cards given to us didn't work. The room was cold and needed the manager to adjust the heat. The bathroom door was broken, would not close. A bolt had backed out of its seated position. I went ahead and screwed it back in in order to close the door. It took less than a minute.
