I like the fact the room had a kitchen. The staff was nice abd the fire pit area was nice

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the air conditioner worked off and on and was really loud, the toilet seat looked like it gad bit been cleaned, the shower was not clean either, the bathroom was so small I had to keep the door open and the showerhead had mold on it.

Pet friendly and sufficient space for remote working. Gas fire place ok

almost freeze to death during snow storm christmas week. unclear why thermometer did not work. room temp was 50 degrees the last day. outside temp was 0F. told receptionist and checked out paid extra for a room with a fireplace. gas fireplace was ok not great.

Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff we encountered were very professional and friendly.

The staff was wonderful. We felt very Welcomed, The manager Dennis Ashe made us feel right at home and was very attentive . Linda from housekeeping was amazing! Every employee we encountered had the biggest smile and welcome and appeared to love what they did.

I like the room size

This location just needs some maintenance. Windows are old and leaking air , some.carpet needs replacing because it's pulled out of threshold. Caulk needs replacing in tub, around sink . Small stuff that adds up .

Pretty much just an average hotel

The location was amazing, the layout of my room was great, and the woman who checked me in was very kind.

There were several spots on the carpet that were very sticky. The sofa just seemed dirty. To the point where I couldn’t sit on it without feeling disgusting. I couldn’t leave the light on in the bathroom overnight because the exhaust fan comes on with the light and it was deafening, so I had to download a nightlight app on my phone because there were no other options for a small amount of light. The shower door did not fully close, leaving a wet mess on the floor. I’m 5’2” and felt very uncomfortable on the toilet as it was really just too tall. There were visible streaks of something dried on the walls of my room. The only hot options for breakfast were very soggy French toast sticks, and slimy Canadian bacon. I only spent one of my two nights that I booked here. Overall, it just felt icky.
