Clean, modern, nice amenities and good breakfast.
Check-in staff was not real knowledgeable. She may have been new and in training. To "by the book" for someone who had just driven 7 hours and just wanted his room.

Booking.com dropped the ball. We waited up the front desk for over hour before we got to our room because booking.com did not send the right numbers to show that we had paid for the room. Holiday Inn was wonderful about the whole thing. You might want to clean up your act.

Our room was large and had two seating areas for tv.
The freeway noise at times was very loud.

Breakfast was phenomenal. Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable
The hot tub wasn't very hot and the jets were very weak.

The staff was friendly and super helpful. room was great, bed was very comfortable. The pool was warm our 2 year old and 7 month old loved it. breakfast was great. close to freeway and tons of restaurants nearby.

the room was so clean and had everything we needed plus more. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my wedding ring in the room when we checked out, and they called me and had it safely kept for me. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

very clean and comfortable room, recently updated with modern, clean, lined furnishings.
The room overlooked the highway, which was a bit noisy at night.
The biggest drawback was the breakfast, which was very processed and served on Styrofoam plates with plastic utensils. The coffee was good though.

My room was not ready (cleaned) at check-in. I was able to register but had to come back after check-in time to collect keys because housekeeping had not started to clean room at agreed upon check-in time (3:00p to 4:00p)

I really liked the room. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean and set up wonderfully. The breakfast was great.
Parking was hard to find. But at least you could enter from a side door with your room key. The times for the pool/ hot tub could maybe be extended. Perhaps an "adult" time after 10pm.

Breakfast is standard fare - it's food. Stick with tea and yogurt. The rooms were modern and clean, while the pool was clean as well.
All was good. Ontario is not what I'd call a destination. We were simply passing through.
