Lovely staff, checked in around 1am and the staff at the front desk was super friendly and gave us a lot of tips and suggestions. Accommodations were perfect. No complaints! Will stay here again!

It is a great property. facilities and staff were great. It was a breeze to check in and check out. Love the complementary drink. Great distance from Link rail and University District. Will be staying here again.

The easy parking. The soak tub. Pillows were nice. The roses and chocolates were a nice touch.
Why do you charge a 20$ parking fee for customers renting a room is the garage there for non customers to park?. Why is your beds so stiff. It's like they are the for a porn shoot not actual sleep in. Small TV is understandable but hard to see.

The room was very spacious. Staff at the reception was friendly. Bed was comfy. Complimentary drink is a nice touch.

The room with a clean, comfortable bed with enough closet and drawer space. Unlimited bottles of water were A +. Having access to a trash bin in the hallway to empty room trash when there's no housekeeping was excellent. Coffee shop with very friendly staff in the lobby
The filling of the comfort shifted to one side which made it lopsided. I wished they had a mirror by the desk so that we could utilize it as a vanity instead of crowding the basin counter area in the bathroom.
