Beds were comfy, room was very clean, and breakfast was delicious

Parking was tight

This is a very nice place to stay. Pony, greeted is with warmth and genuine interest in helping us have a good stay. The room is nicely arranged and had everything we needed. Being on a relatively busy street didn't impact our ability to sleep well. It was nice to have a pool outdoors to cool off in. The shower has 2 options, regular and rain. The toiletries are good, and the bed is comfortable. We would stay again if in the area. The vanity area is well lit.

The AC in my room was smell so bad and there was a dirty drainage water infront of my ground floor room coming from upstairs pipe

This large, reasonably-priced hotel is a popular destination with vacationers, business and work travelers to Chico. It is very well located near the University and midtown locations. The hotel offers breakfast and some additional popular eateries are a short walking distance from the location.

Finding a parking space in the lot can be a challenge due to the many cars and work vehicles.

This hotel is great! We were traveling this time for leisure. I was not expecting it to be this nice for the price. The location is awesome! It is so convenient to be able to walk to so many restaurants downtown. We were even able to walk through lower Bidwell Park. The staff were very friendly and efficient! The rooms are nicely updated with comfortable bed and pleasing decor. Nice surprise to have daily cleaning again after Covid.

The late-night city noise is not so great due to it being downtown, but it is well worth it due to convenience! The second night we ran our fan on high and the white noise counteracted the city sounds.

Well cared for, clean, modern, staff were great, and the breakfast was basic but well presented. Good value all round.

Front desk staff was amazing made us feel welcome and comfortable. They were so nice and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our phones weren’t working and the reception staff let us use their personal phone for a call. The breakfast lady let us stay in the room to drink our coffee past the closure time. The night clerk that checked us in was very friendly and gave us some insights about the area.

some strange middle of the night noises woke me from a dead sleep. not sure what caused the pounding.
