I didn’t like how the hotel was outdated and rooms smelled like mildew and wasn’t all that clean to the point that I had to go buy me some clean sheets and comforters to feel comfortable to sleep on the bed which felt like I was sleeping on an air mattress uncomfortable

loved everything about this property staff was great room was clean breakfast was good I will recommend

door to our room was finicky, had to go to front desk twice to get new cards/help opening door. was never told anything upon check in - breakfast hours, where it was etc. was NEVER told about water slide only being open on weekends.

very dated appearance. Pullout couch broken and found unusable at 1030 pm kids already sleeping so no option to move. carpet thread bear in multiple spots, toilet did not flush right, lighting wayyyyy to bright, asked when booking of water slide would be open and received email back stating “we will be able to fulfill your request” water slide was not open. very disappointing

Kids loved the water slide, rooms were clean.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good hotel breakfast. Children loved the waterslide for the pool.

The hot tub was cold, not even lukewarm, but straight up cold water and didn't seem to be a point of concern for any of the employees, as if it were normal. Breakfast area was very tight, space wise, for all of the guests.

Check in staff was super nice! Great location, tucked away. Will definitely come back :)

Breakfast was decent, just very hard to find a seat and took forever to make a waffle because of the line and crowded area.

Pool was extremely crowded and no staff was around to watch. Kids were piling on the slide going down in multiples or one immediately after another and trampling each other making it very unsafe. Staff was rarely at the front desk and no where to be found when needing help. Halls and common areas looked dirty and unkept. There was what looked like blood smeared on the wall next to the housekeeping door by the elevator.

It was wonderful having a decent breakfast so handy. We had 2 kids under 6 with us. Could start our day out perfectly. Breakfast room was a little busy on Saturday AM but the lady taking care of it, handled it well and was friendly. We came to this location mainly because of the slide on the swimming pool. Our children really enjoy spending time in the pool. Choice Hotels have been my go-to hotels for 10+ years now.

Had a little trouble with our keycards but that was handled promptly. Not even a complaint. Sometimes that just happens.

loved the pool/waterslide breakfast could use some work - but not terrible new staff, front desk guy didn't know what was for breakfast when a different customer asked (I found it amusing knowing this is a big deal to folks) I asked for bottled water, was told it was in the office which was locked, later I saw there was infused water I could have taken. minor things..

Amazing continental breakfast, the staff was great at keeping food stocked and hot. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though the hotel was booked to capacity, there was no noise disturbances, wonderfully quiet! They were so accommodating when we needed to check in just before midnight after a late competition.

The breakfast was always well stocked with options and the lady who worked the breakfast every morning seemed to really enjoy her job.

No room service the 3 nights we stayed so we constantly had to ask for bath towels, blankets, pool towels and the trash never got taken out the entire stay.
