front desk staff were rude

Location was what we needed

They were not prepared. Rooms weren't ready for many of the guests at check-in. They told me my room was ready, but once in my room, it was obvious that they did not properly take care of it between guests. Only a very wrinkled sheet was in the bed. The pillows and comforter were pulled up on the chair. Did not know if it was clean or dirty. They didn't fill the towels in the bathroom. Many upset guests in the lobby. One woman even canceled and went to another hotel nearby that had availability.

I showed up to the hotel and they said I didn’t have a reservation (even though I had a confirmation email) and I had to leave to go find a new hotel.

There was no breakfast made on time. A young man from the front desk had to make it. Poor guy. Ate a sweet roll from the warmer and some yogurt. Coffe was good.

Staff to make it.

A very nice hotel. The beds were exceptional and the breakfast stupendous.

We had no daily housekeeping. We would have appreciated clean towels, washcloths, and empty wastebaskets.

The kiddy pool was closed for maintenance, they didn't tell us that at check in.

The breakfast had a good selection

My room was near the elevator which I could hear every time someone used. The room next to me I could hear the tv - clearly and the person talking. Noise level was annoying.

The air conditioning didn't work the entire time. The issue was addressed, but never resolved. I guess it should have been a clue when there was a fan set up in the room upon arrival.

Pool wasn’t open first night

Breakfast was good, but not well re-stocked. I had to ask for something every morning…

Hotel overbooked, didn’t get 3 rooms I reserved (they only had 2) Charged for the room I didn’t get. Staff not friendly or helpful- responded that it’s “not their problem”.

3 swimming areas- splash pool, hot tub (larger than normal), and main pool.

a lot of channels didn’t work in the room and the bar next door was loud all night

it was clean and neat with a friendly staff!

Hallway noise was load at times in room.
