Location was great.

Unit was very dirty, my feet turned black. The dishes in the cabinets were duty with oil on it. There was no dishwashing liquid, hence why maybe the dishes were dirty and put away. There was a huge roach in the kitchen. The fire alarm was coming out of the ceiling. The blow dryer didn’t work. The screen door and front door was off trac and couldn’t close easily. It was a struggle opening/closing the front door. I’ve stayed at many places even 2, star places and the blow dryer worked at the least. For the money I paid, around $550 for 3 nights that was pretty disappointing. I hope the owner renovates or at least makes sure the place is clean.

The roosters will have you up by 5am! Kitchen could use some attention. Seems cheaply furnished. Adequate but not great.

Kitchen equipment was excellent, but it would have been very helpful to have salt and pepper shakers, but I realize, Covid 19 restrictions probably ruled that out.

Clean.

Claimed to be ocean view but the view was only of the pool. Loud neighbors. The room was poorly maintained: signs of an old water leak in the ceiling, poor interior paint job, the room had an odor.

Close to airport

Stuff didn’t work. Bugs inside. Tub sucked. Rail was hitting our elbows. Tub was cracked and nasty looking . Don’t expect to sleep in because chicken and roosters are vocal across the street at 4am

Very poor communication. I was charged for my entire stay before I came even though it stated on Booking.com I would only be charged the first night. No one contacted me from the hotel or Booking.com regarding this issue. Management at the facility was very rude about us checking in but there was no communication about check in prior to our visit except to say office would be closed and key was in a lock box. The couple with us had no working microwave and very limited utensils. Not well managed.
