Un poco sin mantenimiento , pero lo demás bien

Breakfast worse than terrible - frozen hamburger, packet of Belvita (4 biscuits) and bottle of water given out at reception in brown bag. Nowhere to sit and eat.

Parking was very difficult in underground car park as few spaces available and very tight together

The staff was not friendly, Location was good but the hotel was dirty and unsafe

Great location for walking to Hollywood strip. Very basic room - the beds weren’t the most comfy.

It would have been nice to have a little more storage/drawers.

The staff were very helpful and very nice. The location was perfect to get to the Walk of Fame and other tourist spots. The beds were comfortable. The pool area had a great seating space.

The breakfast was a grab and go. Basically a water bottle, pre-made waffle and pre-made egg sandwich. Not what I expected. We didn’t eat it. You needed to keep signing into the wifi. The pool could have been cleaner.

Bed was super comfortable and clean!

Bath tub had a black stain, smelled a lil funky, cost an extra $400 for the balcony even though pictures show a balcony with the room, breakfast was super horrible! They gave you something to microwave, a cold strawberry pancake(no syrup) and some cookies!SMH! Honestly could’ve gotten a better hotel to stay at. Will do my homework next time!

I was a bit skeptical about booking here online but was relieved when i saw the building. It was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Theres an underground gated parking lot which made me feel safe and secure. They have a beautiful maintained pool. The room was very roomy and clean. The bed was so comfortable . I read bad reviews about the breakfast but honestly i didnt mind it was a TO Go bag with frozen items. They were name brand items such as Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, Belvita breakfast bars, a frozen strawberry waffle and a bottle of water. I had a room in the back which was super quiet at night and i slept like a baby. I would definitely be back in a future.

Theres nothing i would change. I had a great visit.

it was supposed to have free breakfast and doesn’t this should be taken off it’s advertising. also rooms were not attended to every day rubbish piled up very unnecessary also it’s in a pretty tough end of town and there nothing stopping people entering the property. did not feel safe there

Style and decor. Good value for the stay overall. Night staff who checked me in was very polite and helpful.

No vegan options for food. Staff in the morning was kind of short with me when I asked if the breakfast was still going. WiFi was spotty and dropped frequently.

The bed was soft and very comfortable. I loved it! The location was nice. Safe neighborhood. I also liked the underground parking. There was a gate to enter the parking.

The location was perfect (a 3 minute walk from the corner of Hollywood/La Brea- about 7 minutes from the Chinese Theatre/Dolby Theatre). I had a car but you could easily get to Hollywood/Highland in a 10 minute walk to access the Metro. There was also plenty of shopping nearby for groceries (a 5 minute walk to 2 Ralphs stores, one on Sunset and one on La Brea) and plenty of eating options (a Starbucks/Burger King right next door, In-N-Out a 5 minute walk away). You definitely get your money's worth with the location. There is also a lovely pool area which many of the rooms overlook with decking/outdoor furnishing which would be great in the summer (I went in February so did not use this).

The floors in the room were dusty and dirty. It could have definitely been cleaner. The bedding and bathroom/sink area were very clean but I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room- I got a lot of dust/dirt marks on the bottom of my slippers/socks when I did. I bought a plug in air freshener too as it did not have the freshest, usual hotel room smell. The rooms are also painted dark green which doesn't reflect sunny LA! These things could easily be rectified to make it more pleasant.

staff who took a deposit and refused to refund it. thieves. took the intervention of booking.com who refunded me, not the hotel.

The location was close to everything, average rooms

The rooms were a little loud, you could hear people in the next room over, also dragging suitcases up flights of stairs was a little inconvenient

There is no continental breakfast provided, despite the fact that they advertise a breakfast bar on the site. They provide you with a frozen burrito. It's definitely not worth the price.

Great location right 2 steps away from the walk of fame and lots of restaurants. Complimentary private covered parking. 24h reception.

Poor service: they have no breakfast at all - they supposed to insert the info "breakfast included" in the room rate but they just gave us a box with a small bottle of water, a pack of 4 cookies and a frozen snack to be cooked in the microwave we had in the room; plus housekeeping is JUST on request! This is out of mind! How they can suppose to plan the Housekeeping just on a request basis?!?! Of course to keep costs down but especially after the covid this is not acceptable at all! The room cost was not fair to the room and service accommodation.
