The room was great. It was close to all kinds or restaurants and they had a shuttle to take us to the airport.
The shuttle was overbooked so not everyone got to go.

We appreciated the close proximity to the airport and the complimentary breakfast. The bed was very comfortable.
The noise from the nearby freeway undergoing some renovation work was a bit annoying.

Lots of room. Clean. Many channels on the TV. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great location. Breskfast was outstanding.
Couch was not comfortable.

The non smoking room smelled like smoke. And the springs in the bed were unbelievably uncomfortable.

Close to airport with shuttle service. Comfortable room and bed. Typical breakfast. No restaurant but hotel next store within walking distance had bar and restaurant.

The cleanliness of the hotel and room was extremely subpar. One of the comforters on a bed in our room appeared to have blood stains on it and there were multple things on the walls that should have been wiped up - in the bathroom and in the main room. Overall, the room felt very uncleaned. Definately lacks attention to details of cleanliness.

I like the Gujarati front desk manager . He is helpful .

Assisted my daughter with a DV situation it was pride weekend everything was booked. Michael held a room for her and her kids until we got there and was more than accommodating. Truly an angel

The shuttle was good. We did not get to have breakfast.
The first shutle was full. We had to take a later one but it was ok

The coffee was bad. The eggs were eatable. Biscuits were okay. The yogurt was very good.

The room was dirty and was given the wrong room and staff wasn’t super helpful

Location
The strong cleaning products smell. It was overwhelming at times. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable and the walls were so thin we could listen to our neighbors’ entire conversations.

Close to the airport
Dated rooms. No one at the front desk or available by phone for 2 am check-in. Clerk was out on an airport shuttle run and we had to wait for his return.

The staff was friendly
The pool was nasty, the bed was hard and painful, there were wads of hair in the room. Also the room booked was nothing like the pictures of the room received

The breakfast was not good. Fifty minutes before it was scheduled to end, they were out of food. There were no garbage bags so garbage was piling up near the can.

how the staff knocked on our door not once but twice saying to check out when we had 30 more minutes to do so (I was getting everything packed each time)
