I liked the breakfast and the location of the hotel. It was next to multiple food places and stores. You could literally walk to the store.

Nothing good about the property or the experience and I was charged- ( incorrectly! )

The man behind the desk, was rude, aggressive, discriminated against women, smelled like Weed, among other things, was belligerent, I was charged for my stay even when my booking was FINALLY CANCELLED ! Scam artists! Do not stay here. !

The beds and rooms was very clean and comfortable!

I did not like the fact that the hotel have a pre-authorization hold on your card. I was contacted by Mary (hotel associate) and was told my room would no longer be held unless I pay for one night the day of my check in before the arrival. I informed Mary that I had a no repayment and through booking I was able to pay at the location. Mary was very rude to my family. Once i arrived to the location I was told that I would have to pay the full payment additional to the one night fee from earlier that day. I was overwhelmed and frustrated with this location and I have never had to deal with this!

We liked the location. Around SEVERAL restaurants and close to our destination.

A six night stay with only one refill of towels. OK with that as they had a sign that stated for fresh ones to call the front desk, and they'd be happy to give some. The night before we checked out, we requested new towels and were told they didn't have any until the next am. We had to leave by 445am to catch a flight. Needless to say, we had to use our own AGAIN and travel home with WET TOWELS. VERY FRUSTRATING!@!

It was clean and nice.

It was really nice and the staff was really generous and polite, me and my fiancé had a great time. I liked everything about it I would recommend it for my first stay in Arlington
