The beddings, my wife had severe skin allergies due to the beddings, I don’t know if it was newly change?,other than that the pillow case are old and dirty. If your looking for value of money look for other place to stay.

Apartment is big, nice balcony, well equipped with everything.

The bed in my room was broken - half of the mattress wasn't supported underneath and so you sink as you lay in the bed. Updated the staff but they had no suggestions. No food/beverages available on the premises, except for 3 vending machines that don't work.

Shuttle was great, came often!

Shuttle was super easy to get to the lift and back home. Friendly staff, hot tub outside was nice after a day of skiing!

Owners didn't leave any cooking oil, butter and only 1 laundry detergent. So we had to buy all of that, but the place was very clean, nice and convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Good, reliable shuttle service to 3 locations and running also in the evening. Good setup of the apartment.

Minor issues that got fixed quickly. Expensive in winter.

We love the size of the condo. The beds were comfortable. It was hard to keep the downstairs warm but we managed. The kitchen was big they just need to leave a cabinet or two empty for a person to put food in.

We were in the back building on the 2nd floor. There were 4 of us and a 9 month old baby. You could not access this 2nd floor by the elevator. We had to enter from the garage, take an elevator down to floor 3, walk a little over half way down the hall, take another set of stairs down a floor then down to our room. You enter the room only to hit another set of stairs. We had a LOT of stuff. Getting it all to the room and packed to leave was a nightmare. We needed elevator access. Then everything, firewood, toilet paper, dish soap was extra. You rent a place and pay the huge amounts and they can't furnish toilet paper?? The fireplace smoked horribly for the first 15 minutes or so. I dont see us staying there again. Its just to inconvenient to get to your room.
