Great location, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Very clean room, smelled amazing when we walked into our room. AC unit worked very well, super cold. Hot water in shower was good too. We could have used another set of towels but we didn't ask, we made do. Enjoyed the refrigerator and our kids love the microwave.

The price

The floors were filthy in the room, bad enough you couldn't walk around barefoot without getting your feet dirty, and there were roaches in the room. We booked a separate reservation to stay an extra night, and so far, that room seems better. I will review it once we leave. The lady at the front said she would talk to the manager, and there's a possibility that we might get a discount on the last night/2nd reservation, due to the bug infestation, which is yet to be discussed further.

On the second floor the A/C was leaking on the outside and being a lil tipsy at 2 in the morning are not a good mix and I had slipped and busted my knee.

Pool was closed until 4pm on 2 of 3 days we were there & when it was HOT Outside, very inconvenient & ruined plans, but in the end we still enjoyed our stay

Full of cockroaches

The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful.

The room had many baby roaches. I didn't see them until I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and again in the morning. At that point there was no use of telling guest services. In addition, the locking latch was missing from the door which made me feel a bit unsafe.

The cleanliness of rooms is extremely poor

Loved my stay, the staff and winter Texans were great as well as the free breakfast. The hot tub was broken, yet filled with extremely hot water which I felt was dangerous. The pool should be locked because when I arrived a person, not a motel guess, reported he soaked in the hot tub 20 minutes which then caused him to pass out for minutes. You should be aware.
