Limpieza. A pesar que los muebles se nota que ya tienen algunos años, el lugar es muy limpio y siempre nos hicieron la limpieza del cuarto. Sería genial que modernizar el hotel. Cerca hay sitios para comer, droguería, desayunar.

Desayuno, muy básico, sin variedad (cereal, huevos, salchichas, pancakes) todos los días es lo mismo.

La habitación tenía un olor a humedad permanente y el desayuno no era bueno, de acuerdo al precio.

La ubicación es excelente. Tiene lugares para comer y una farmacia de las conocidas que están cerca. En el lobby tienen para vender agua, jugos, refrescos, etc. El desayuno está bastante completo y es self service. Es un hotel que se nota un poco viejo ya pero para una estadía corta no está nada mal.

The hotel was overall clean, our room was clean. A continental breakfast was provided in the morning. Parking was available in front of the hotel. and free shuttles available to universal studios which is nearby.

breakfast was very basic, breakfast area was small, staff friendly and helpful, lots of restaurants around at walking distance, right off the turnpike, so for road trips very easy does not take you away from the turnpike.

We rented a car so for us it was in a central location, walking distance if wanted to universal parks. Rooms were cleaned every day, all staff members friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was actually good selection. Walking to Universal Studios was easy but would need a car for anywhere else.

Hotel was tired and dated and cleanliness could have been better quite a few bugs around. No matter what time we went for the shuttle bus it had already just left! Wonder if they had one.

The location was great and the value was great.

The room wasn't ready when we got there. So, we requested and received another room.

Very delicious and hearty breakfasts! We brought fruits with us to the park. Very close to Universal Studios, there is a shuttle to the park. Comfortable bed, quiet location, and there are Korean and Japanese restaurants nearby.

The room is not ventilated, the window cannot be opened. The air conditioner in the room is old and noisy. My husband slept with earplugs. But this is more of a complaint about the building itself and its construction year.

Location was great across from Universal. Breakfast was decent.

Ceiling severely stained from prior leaks. Shower head broken when attempting to use spray setting shot out past the curtain and flooded bathroom floor. Park shuttle was supposed to pick up at entrance to hotel never arrived. Apparently it was a plain white van parked in the lot and the driver never announced it was the shuttle. Drove off with 4 people and left the rest of us waiting out front.

I liked the location it was just 5 minutes from theme parks (Universal Studios & Island of Adventures).
