The Front Desk Staff ( Excluding the dining room/kitchen supervisor/front desk manager) and one of the bellmen were very polite and welcoming.

In over 20 years of travelling to the USA, it's the worst experience I have ever had. Sadly, I was shocked by the level of middle and upper management unprofessionalism and how inhumanely I was treated. At 10 a.m. they wanted to throw me out of the dining room. I was about 85% through breakfast, while another man of a different race was there eating as well, and they did not harass him at all. After I complained about him, they shared the same sentiments he then told them he visited that hotel over 10 times, and he always went for breakfast at 9:45 a.m. and this was his first encounter where a manager or anyone approached him about dining time. On the second day, once more I was reported that I was in the dining room eating at 10 am. The boss said I should respect the dining policy; I reminded him of the serving time. I further explained if he does not want anyone to eat in the dining room after 10 a.m. then he should revise the dining room policy or install proper notice to notify us that eating in the dining room ceases at 10 a.m. I further explained that I felt like I was being stereotyped and if that's the case it's wrong and his bad treatment of me doesn't give me the right to stereotype him, nor the dining sup Muslim faith, so they should not attack me based on the color of my skin. On days 1 and 2 I felt the race card and did not bother to have breakfast on the third day.

We were there for one night before our cruise and it worked great. Wawa was across the parking lot for snacks and beverages, we had pizza delivered for dinner and the hotel staff were wonderful for arranging our transport to the pier. Will definitely use this hotel again for our cruise departures.

Nice and clean room and comfy bed. really good breakfast,Close to the airport and Wawa. We would stay back if we have to go back to Florida for cruise. Late check in without any extra pay and nice staff.

The Lady in the Breakfast Room was wonderful. She was working hard to make the breakfast room experience excellent.

The front desk people were terrible. Customer service was not happening. We had booked an early arrival on the Booking.com site, fully expecting to pay extra. We arrived at the time we requested to be told they don't do early arrival ...... But I booked it ! We sat in the dirty lobby for 4 1/2 hours waiting for a room, never once being updated on our room availability. While we sat for 4 1/2 hours, people who had not booked early arrival were given rooms !!! When I approached the desk to ask about our room I was told " your room is not ready". DON'T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL.

I really loved it was close to wawa.. so at night it was easy to just walk across and get something to eat.

The room was clean.

The room looked like it had just been renovated but very poorly and cheaply. The hotel was still under renovation so the toilet bubbled and gurgled. We needed to request a new room as the first room’s main door was falling off the hinges. There is only one elevator. The breakfast was gross.

Booked shuttle for morning cruise and at the pickup time found out that we were not on list. Room number put on another list so was missed. A lot of last minute running around. Also have two charges for room so will see if second is a deposit or what but no mention at checkin.
