Could have been better. Ran out if coffee and waffle mix even though we were there at 7:30 on a Sunday
Dishes still in the dishwasher in our room. Light over the one sink wouldn't come on. Hallway smelled like a gym locker room. Lights in seating area in lobby were flashing.

We were on the 2nd floor..was very noisey till after midnite..trouble with bath tub...would not drain

breakfast was good but not as good as the other residence inns I have stayed. only had apple juice to drink, and coffee. but my husband and I don’t drink either

When we first checked in we found dead roaches. We went to the front desk and the lady provided us a new room after me asking for it and never apologized. The new room was cleaner but uncomfortable. We had hoped for me but the place was just ok.

The breakfast was nice, easy check in and check out, close to our relatives we were visiting.
We have been coming to this place since it opened. It is now a bit run down. The bathroom tile floor is cracking and moldy, bathroom wallpaper is stained and peeling, water stains on ceilings, cabinets are dented - as well as refrigerator, bed mattress was not that comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was very clean and the hotel staff was a pleasure to interact with. All of them had to visit with my little chihuahua!

Liked the size of the unit, with kitchen, easy access to parking.
There were bugs, big bugs all over the room, not sure where they were coming from, pullout sofa had no sheets, pillows or blankets, room phone didn't work, room was super beat up, severely dented fridge, broken tiles, heavy wear and tear, but the kicker was the upstairs unit left their alarm for 50 minutes starting at 5 am and even after 5 phone calls to the front desk, they refused to knock on the upper room to get them to wake up and turn off alarm (said that was against policy) and it was a long term guest (so I guess they house people). Requested toilet paper and they never brought it, had to go down to the lobby, it was a crazy untypical Marriott experience.

Excellent staff, they delivered what they promised and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was a perfect size. We felt very comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness.
The eating area was way too crowded so we couldn't take advantage of the free breakfast. Especially during covid, having a swarm of people around open food is a risk I wasn't willing to take, plus someone was coughing a lot and so I was still not comfortable being in the room with many strangers.

The hotel was very clean and I liked how the staff was always cleaning!!!
The only complaint was the noise from the room above us!
