The room had someone else's hair in the bathroom

Loved the selection
Person who checked us in was not very helpful. Mentioned we misplaced parking ticket and response was to go out and look for it or go to gate and get another. Which you can’t do without a car. 🙄. Then we mentioned we were walking back from stadium and was advised not to. He mentioned he lives by stadium and NEVER walks at night. Suggested we call Uber. 🙄. Walk back was fine.

Beds were very comfortable
The concierge set us up with a limo stating one price and the drivers price was x3. They need to be better informed about driving services if they are going to tell guests about them

Was a maze to get to our room
Reservation mix up. Staff not at all accommodating even tho we had verification from priceline and II had personally spoken on the phone to Hyatt staff and verified

beautiful lobby. yummy breakfast. cozy room. excellent workout facilities. Ubers easily available. beautiful spacious bathroom.
no hot tub. parking a bit far from rooms and pricey $30/night. our first room had a closed adjoining door and you could hear everything. they moved us floors and the other room was much better. no microwaves - only in common areas, fridge not very cold in room.

I was there for dance convention. the coffee shop was ridiculously long wait. the restaurant there’s food was very mediocre. most people hit foot at other places. they could use more seating outside of events. the staff everywhere was just okay. location was great!
even though there was a fireplace, it was cold in lobby and by elevators and hallways. the beds were nice though!

Didn’t have breakfast in my package
I didn’t get breakfast after paying 300 dollars and there was no jacuzzi hot tub

The breakfast was WAY over priced and the portions were very small.
The breakfast was horrible and way overpriced.
We also had to wait about an hour for valet to bring up our car. And had to ask multiple times for our car
