The location was in close proximity to the sports complex that my son’s games were being held

Upon arrival you could see the trash over flowing outside. Once you entered the building and got on the elevator you could see dead birds on the roof. The water in my room did not get hot. It was luke warm at best. The tv could only get one channel and there were stains on the bedding.

Horrible place I paid for an upgrade in my room and I got a dumpy ass room and the sheets weren't even clean

The staff was rude I sit there for 10 minutes and listened to them have a conversation about inappropriate things while I waited to check in right in front of me.

I reserved for a king size mattress and got 2 twins and me and my wife had to sleep separate. Horrible experience. You can hear everybody outside.

I enjoyed the jets that actually worked in the spa tub in the suite.

I didn't like that you had to force the room to open and close. The balcony door opened easily, but it wouldn't close all the way. When we notified the front desk, they said they would send matinance, but they never showed up. Therefore, the balcony door was partially open all night, which made the room cold. We paid for a premium suite, but there was no snack box in the room like advertised. Also, they have stopped serving breakfast, which is one of the reasons my family and I chose this hotel to begin with. However, we were not told at check-in, nor on the app. When my kids got up to go get breakfast, they were informed they were no longer having breakfast. Also, there were issues with my reservation and being charged twice, I'm still waiting to hear from customer service about that. Finally, they were rude to my children when they asked for extra Towle and blankets to deal with the cold.

The pool was cool

The bed was hard like when I sat down or laid u could feel the springs in the bed and I had the king superiors suite

A/C was loud , shower was broken , and hotel smelled funny.

Location in proximity to family. The pool lights & flame lights surrounding the pool area offered a relaxing ambiance.

We were very excited when we cooked this hotel for our weekend. Unfortunately looks can be deceiving. Several issues, but the main points of interest were: lack of maintenance/upkeep (busted sections of flooring immediately inside the front door, non functioning elevator button(s) with sign to use the button(s) on opposite side, big cracks along ceilings/walls in room, leak at the sink base on counter with visible mold front left corner, no functioning AC in the dining area), mattress comfort was a major fail, smelly 3rd floor hallway, lack of requests filled or even acknowledged, & little regard for customer satisfaction it seemed.
