The pool was freezing and hot tub was cemented in. I didn’t get my 50$ deposit back

The location next to a good restaurant. The clean rooms and lobby area.

I was unable to control the temperature in the room. I did not like the doors to the restroom which did not completely close all the way which allowed anyone in the room to hear, see, and smell what was taking place in the rest room.

The lobby and breakfast areas are updated visually, clean, and neat looking. The room was well kept, clean, and had nice amenities like a fridge, microwave, sofa bed, extra sheets, provided toiletries, and a comfortable bed and pillows. I liked that there is an inside pool available to use. The in-wall heater/AC worked well. The elevators were all in operation and clean. The front desk staff was cheerful, helpful, and kind. He made the check-in process easy and gave us all the information we needed. The complimentary breakfast was really good considering the price. The have options for cereal, oatmeal, fruit, waffle makers, eggs and sausage, grits, breakfast pastries, coffee, and juices.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and there wasn’t a pillow to accompany it. I’m sure I could’ve requested one, but at that hour and with my kids already asleep I didn’t want to open the loud door. The indoor pool was COOL. Much too cool for me and my 4 month old who loves the water, but my husband and son loved it. The hot tub would’ve been a nice option…but it’s concreted in. Super disappointing because, at this price, a usable hot tub or pool would’ve been nice as the indoor pool is the reason I chose this hotel.

there were two roaches in my room. the second day the tv went out and the internet connection was going in and out. Not many TV channel and couldn’t connect to my Netflix because the internet wasn’t on the TV. definitely need to updated the TV’s

The decor was pretty. The front desk attendant was very nice. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The location was convenient to many restaurants and shopping. The lady who prepared breakfast was very friendly and attentive to guest needs. Good selection for breakfast.

Our stay was great but not through booking. We had to pay for our own room upon arrival because there was no reservation.

There was no reservation upon arrival. This caused a delay and I have requested a refund.

The television didn’t work.

Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Around the clock coffee. The room was comfortable.

The shower soap dispenser was empty. The tub could benefit from an upgrade. Turning on the shower was cumbersome and it still had the manual drain stopper from my childhood.

I like the area and the location because you are by the shopping areas and alot of restaurants.

What I didn't like was that the rooms are outdated the television didn't get any channels and the wifi didn't work.

Mostst of electric outlets did not not work. Very noisy. Only 2 towels a day. The blow dryer did not work. The toilet had a constant run. The curtains were not hung so light came in. Poor value for the cost.
