good location, and nice suite space for families

the suite was hard to get into due to being on busy street across from main buildings and several flights of stairs. we had a baby with us so the stroller was hard to get up and down stairs. we also had to bring everything from a parking lot across the main road down a driveway and behind the main building. and there’s no bell captain or luggage trolley. let the front desk know in advance if you are not able bodied.

We love the location. The associates are very pleasant and helpful.

We’ve stayed in the 2 bedroom 3 floors on the side of the road of the parking lot before. THOSE ROOMS ARE AMAZING! The suite we had this time was across the street. We were aware there were stairs, but didn’t realize how steep while carrying luggage, etc. The hair dryer did not work. The room was clean but otherwise unimpressive. No balcony, there were chairs on the landing outside our room but there was no view. We’d go back but our precedence will be the rooms on the side of the parking lot.

I loved the option of the king bed and the two twin sofa beds.

The suite was exceptionally clean. The rooms were spacious and well organized. All staff I came in contact with were friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff were very accommodating and respectful of my privacy.
