this place was very clean

customer service was a little rude, and bathroom in room looked dingy despite being clean.. walls could use fresh paint/re-grouting of floor tiles

I was disappointed that there was no continental breakfast/Coffee and the vending machine was out of order..

Do to circumstances I need another night..

The nice lady who checked me in and out for my one night stay. I requested a quiet room and it was very quiet.

My room smelled kind of like smoke and there was ashes all over my sink and toilet. Towels were old and scratchy and two of the 4 pillows on the bed had some stains on the pillow case. The air conditioner worked but it felt muggy in the room with it on, not like at home where the air is crisp. The bed was old and worn and the sheets kinda scratchy. However the room was renovated with a nice flatscreen, sink in bathroom, and furniture in the bedroom. The floor was the new flooring and no carpet or coffee maker or hair dryer in the room.
