My fiancé is the one that actually stayed and he was very happy with everything. The staff was extremely courteous and kind. He really enjoyed the quiet and comfortable room! Great job!!
The fact that he had to work and couldn't just stay for pleasure!

We booked three months in advance if not further and still didn’t get the room we booked king size. They took the money out my acct before we arrived then couldn’t give us what I booked

Staff were pleasant especially Dennis with the breakfast. Such a personable, friendly and hard working individual. He decorated the breakfast area with holiday themed materials and made everyone feel welcomed.

The complimentary breakfast was absolutely amazing every single day!! They made sure we had clean linens and trash out every day. Was very clean, and staff very friendly.

The water tastes bad out of faucet. Probably a city problem. The air conditioner doesn't get very cool. Pillows flat.

the location was not far from my sister's nursing home and it was easy to find. We were able to find shops and eateries easily. people were friendly and helped with directions.
the pool was accessible.
the pool was too close to the windows of the hotel's offices and they kept them open so they could watch the people in the pool. This made me feel very uncomfortable.

Located next to a Panera if you like that. Right on the highway. Close to other restaurants. They have fresh baked cookies. After the issue with our room they moved us- no questions asked.
Parking is a nightmare. All the towels were stained. There was blood on the curtains. You can hear people stomping and walking SO loudly. Two rooms down you can hear the people talking. The pool is small.
