Clean, okay breakfast, friendly staff

Breakfast was good. Kids liked the pool. Staff was good. Room was clean. Convenient location with a lot of food options nearby plus a Wal-Mart.
Some noise from the highway that runs infront of the hotel but nothing too bad. Room had a musty smell. A/C wasn't cooling at first but the staff got it working.

Easy to access, decent location, and we enjoyed the breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The shower was great, and the water temperature stayed consistent. Highly Recommend

Nice, clean, friendly staff. Requested extra towels-received without an issue. Breakfast area nice, and the attendant was present and on top of things.

The eggs during breakfast.
The bed bug infestation in our room, the fact the front desk lady “Dipti” didn’t bother to go look or help us in any form resolve the issue, and not getting any type of reimbursement for the belongings we had to leave behind.

Seems to be a brand new facility. Very clean. Room & bathroom are large. Breakfast was fantastic! Lots of food.

Breakfast was okay but the person that was supposed to make breakfast had called in so the front desk person had to step in to make breakfast for our 30 swimmers but only after we informed him that nothing was available
The rooms have a very musty smell to them. Kind of like they need deep cleaned carpets and maybe fresh paint. The pillows are very small so more on the beds would be nice.

Put in a handicap accessible room and the shower/bathroom combination is a disaster

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable couldn't sleep well at all.

convenient location
room did not get very cold even with AC turned to coldest setting. the room also was not that clean and there was old food in the microwave from whoever stayed in the room before us. the iron in the room also did not heat up.
