The fresh fruit offered at breakfast.
The a/c was really loud and never cooled the room down. The floor of the room and shower were also loud. The bed frame needs to be replaced. The man in charge of the kitchen started giving me instructions(using the waffle maker) before he said good morning.

I paid a total of $175.00 for a room with NO LAMPSHADE ON THE LIGHTS at the bed. AND the internet did not work. I called down several time and just gave up. the excuse was "we are renovating and we are very full." I understand that you were renovating. That was quite evident from the Trash, including a sofa piled up beside the front door AND the big pile of trash in the hallway just down from my room. The elevators were a mess. Even a light vacuuming would have helped immensely. So, you're renovating, and you're full. Then don't rent out so many rooms. Cut the price on the rooms. The reason I select Hampton when I have other choices is because I know the quality will always be the same. THIS WAS NOT THE QUALITY I EXPECT OF HAMPTON INN. I am very unhappy and I feel that I was ripped off. I have been staying at Hampton Inns regularly for many years.

The breakfast was good nice ladies working there willing to help if needed. Some staff members were nice others not so much
The pool was dirty water looked green. With the heat we’re having the pool would of been nice to use.The room furniture was old,beat up,dirty with stains nothing matched and no room decor.I feel it wasn’t worth the price

Even given the amenities, I thought our king suite was $75-$100 per night overpriced for Brenham, Texas.

Place was clean, staff was great and friendly.
This is more personal preference but, bed was way too hard. Pretty bad back pain the whole stay.

Decorated real nice for Christmas!
First room they gave wasn’t even cleaned, beds unmade , looks like somebody had already been staying in the room. Second room they gave us was clean but no toilet paper. Had to call desk at midnight for toilet paper.

Very comfortable, good breakfast, good coffee. They even had decaf!
The remote didn't control the functions on the TV. This was an issue only because the TV was stuck on Zoom. I wished they would've let us check in a little early. There was an extra blanket wadded up in the closet.

Wall were thin and room next door had tv on all night. I complained at about 2am but provided wrong room number. I know be ause I heard them all the room on the wrong side.

I love the location, bed and air conditioner.
The sofa in my bedroom was old and stained. the TV was too far from the bed.

Clean, good hot breakfast, located far enough away from the road that you didn’t hear traffic
Tub creaked when u showered. The one in the room above us did too. Cld also hear the ppl walking above us but I think that’s pretty much standard for any hotel.
