The help from the staff arranging transportation from airport to hotel was seamless. Also arranged transportation for Halloween trip that was seamless also. We only come to NOLA for the week of Halloween but i always buy some Szarach for home and wife always gets a trinket or so from the in store shop.

The only thing that i really didn't like was the long walk from room to elevator and ice machine. Not much you can do about that.

The bed was nice.

The changed my room I had reserved without telling me and gave me the smallest room in the hotel.

Loved the Sazarac Bar, beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to everything

If I had to complain about anything it would be rooms were a little smaller than normal but was fine

Service is very not up to standard for Waldorf, hotel is run down and dirty.. feels like staying in the zoo

Nice pool with a bar. Very good location. Rooms were clean and room staff were very helpful and friendly.

No free wifi but as we were Hilton members we could access free wifi. This was not mentioned when my husband called the desk to ask about the wifi.

Lobby, staff, rooms, coffee maker, view. Very nice property. Great location ... out of the French Quarter noise but close enought to participate after a short walk if we want. We prefer the CBD to stay and dine in and around.

The pool is dirty and small, the room was lacking attention: fan not working in the bathroom, had to request for sleepers and other toiletries. Was charging for room items that we didn't consume and not getting a call back from the billing department

The property was magnificent! The location was perfect for our trip. The staff was attentive. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained and ascetically mind boggling. This is a wonderful hotel and I recommend it highly

The appearance and vibe took me back to the 1950s Gatsby Era! Makes an impression when you walk inside.

The room was smaller than what the picture online looked like, but other than that I had a great exp.
