The lady who worked in the breakfast area was really nice and perfessonal... and the night hotel clerk..

The lady that came in around 9:00 am and Her supervisor were very rude and unperfessonal. They charged me a higher rate than I was quoted from booking.com.. then, instead of talking to you, they try and talk over you... I will stay at that hotel again..terrible experience. Also, the rooms smell old like the carpet needs to be deep cleaned

The only thing I enjoyed about this hotel was the sheets and pillows on the bed.

There was no carpet in the rooms, the bathroom door kept getting stuck after closing it, the refrigerator was not cold at all, there was a bug in the shower, the breakfast was bad and guests were not allowed to bring there breakfast items back to their rooms, the hallways smelled like a 'football locker room', and the staff was very condescending; there was no hospitality whatsoever.
