No breakfast offered. We knew that ahead of time

The room I had was nice, had just been redone. That is the only thing positive that I can say about my visit. Wish I could say more positive things, but when there are ZERO amenities, there is nothing to rate.

Hotel is undergoing renovations. At the time of my stay the hotel itself had zero of the advertised amenities. No restaurant, no bar, no food of any kind, no pool. Asked front desk staff where I could go for dinner, they directed me to a place 3 blocks away that was closed. Closest breakfast 1/2 block away, closest dinner 4-6 blocks away. On the day I checked out, awoke to news that 55 cars in the adjacent parking ramp (that the hotel instructs you to park in) had their tires slashed (Oshkosh PD report #: 24-018411), yes mine was included. Zero security cameras in the parking structure.

I liked that the check in was easy and we had the room that I requested.

The beds are not very comfortable and the bathroom was very small with low toilets. I can usually get ready while my husband is in the shower but that was not possible.

I booked through booking.com and was told it's be $390 with taxes and fees. The hotel charged me $600.

Bed wasn’t that comfortable

We enjoyed the view from the room and beds comfortable,

Told that front desk about possible hazard and she told me was maintenance issue. Not her job.

Nice location and rooms that were comfortable.

The Ground Round was less than great. The service was terrible and the food subpar.

Pool and hot tub

Carpet in room was coming up and looks like housekeeping left someone's roasted peanuts on the floor in between the wall and the side table, otherwise it was fine
