Great location with a walking distance of the parks and city walk. Great room, very clean and amazing staff. I enjoyed very much our stay and the express pass is also a great plus.

Location to universal

Old and tired. Charged for a package that was delivered to me. Package was a warranty item and no where did it say there would be a charge to receive the package. Hotel could have charged anything and would have made me pay. Can’t trust this hotel they can charge you anything unfortunately.

Fast Pass to Universal and location to parks. Beds were very comfortable and the adjoining rooms were good.

Trevligt boende med superfina hotellrum. Nära till Universal och bra att expresspass ingick i hotellpriset. Kul att man kunde åka båt till Universal utan kostnad.

Ingen frukost, kunde dock köpas i affären men till ganska mycket pengar. Framgår inte någonstans att man utöver expresspasset också måste köpa entrébiljett. Så vääääldigt mycket pengar för boende, expresspass och inträde.

Pool OK but very crowdly

It smelled lovely the location was nice and staff were generally helpful.

After sending 3-4 messages to the hotel about our reservation and having no reply I headed over to check in. This was slow but seamless. Onto the actual stay. It was Thursday - Friday we stayed. We had people running up and down the corridor until after 2am. Arguing couples, kids shouting, loud talking and barking dogs and just general NOISE which was bad enough but I then heard the person in the room next door coughing nonstop for hours. We’ve stayed in a sister property (endless summer dockside which has been exemplary) but booked a premium hotel for the 2 days of express passes. I wish I hadn’t wasted the money (or at least didn’t stay the night and just got the express passes as others suggested). I think everything with the noise, coupled with only my own express pass actually working on rides the day we checked in (they reprinted them on check out day) just made the entire experience a poor one. Some things I will say is the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Overall really poor experience and in direct comparison to the much less expensive Dockisde it just made it that much more painful.

It was nice and close to the Universal parks.

There was a stain on the comforter and carpets seemed to need vacuuming. Cleanliness was mediocre Two sets of lights were out in the parking lot which made it very dark at night where we were parked. Pathways to parking were also not well lit.

Great location. Comfortable, well equipped rooms. Easy parking. Quick walk to theme parks. Quick security check compared the one for the general public. Unlimited express pass for whole family.

The water transportation can be a bit slow due to queuing, embarking/disembarking etc.

It was beautiful with an ideal location

I thoroughly enjoyed our whole stay with you - your hotel is beautiful. However a dampener was put on our stay when our car broke down. That was nobody’s fault, but when I asked for help from the concierge desk to be able to arrange a recovery vehicle to help charge the battery or tow the car I was told they couldn’t help. Being from UK and with a UK number whenever Alamo were trying to text or ring me they were unable to do so, and they were also unable to find my exact location to send the recovery to. They asked me to see if the hotel could give a USA contact number for the recovery to contact. But this was what I was told no for! By this point I had rung Alamo 4 times and was getting rather concerned as we needed to leave your hotel in a few hours for the airport to fly to our next destination. There was no offer to help in any way from concierge and I was extremely upset about this. Fortunately when I went to the main entrance and planned to just sit and wait even though it was 38 degrees and Alamo had said they had no idea how long it could be, I spoke to Tab I think his name was - the gentleman in charge of valet. He was amazing! He offered straight away to speak to Alamo in my behalf and give his personal mobile number for them to find our exact location and to let us know when they would be with us. This was done and they did arrive after a while and ended up towing our hire car away. Without the help of your valet manager I really would have been stuck - so please could you pass on my sincere thanks to him. However I am still very disappointed in the service from concierge. Being a visitor to the hotel I was really impressed by all your staff but this then let it all fine. I am also registered disabled snd the fact I was brushed off with no help really affected me. Thanks

The room was beautiful and we loved the location and pool area. we stayed in HardRock last year however we loved the vibe of Royal Pacific and it’s now our favourite Universal hotel. It was expensive in comparison to other hotels but the free unlimited express passes made it worth the cost.

Probably just the cost as we would have loved to stay longer. Coming from the UK and with the cost of park tickets for a family of 4 this was a bit of indulgence.
