Nothing was good about this room.

No heating. Tiles falling off the walls in the shower. Mattress falling off the bed. Very poor location. A place where if the homeless had a few extra bucks, they might stay. Didn't feel safe about leaving my rental car in the parking lot. Photo shown of the room had to be taken from a different hotel. Can't even imagine why you would list this dive.

All employees are awesome!! Really appreciate them going out of their way to help us out!! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay with amazing hospitality!!

Staff was nice and helpful when we had issues and needed things.

The room was not very cleaned on arrival, no towels or toilet paper. The room can also use some touching up, i.e. putty in holes and touch up paint in more than a few spots. Shower curtain was ripped. Towel rod was loose and kept falling off. Coffee maker had old coffee inside of it.

Beds were firm

We booked two rooms. Went to the first room and there was a man laying on the bed. Went to the second room and the cigarette smell was horrendous tried to cancel and they would not let us. Given two different rooms. TV did not work at 1- garbage under the bed wet towel in the shower and a half roll of used toilet paper, no mattress pad, sheet right on top of mattress and no blankets fan super loud in the bathroom, no garbage can and the other had Tweakers with kids up all night long. No one was able to sleep Very dirty smelly and run down!

The location was great for my needs.

The toilet was not working so I was moved, after unloading my beloginigs, to the room next door. The bed looked clean but the refrigerator had hair in it, the microvave stand had old dry food on top, headboard was dusty, debris on floor, coffeee maker not clean and dry coffee grounds on heating unit which I had to clean both before use. I saw a black plasstic bucket next to the coffee maker and thought it was for ice. I asked a worker there where I could get ice and she immediately said if I were you I would wash my hands immediately. The bucket was for the toilet brush!!!!! It was that wasy in both rooms. The woman and children that stayed in next room, appeared to be one of the staff, has the tv on ALL NIGHT long!!!! I asked desk clerk for a discount for how bad the room was and he said I had to call the next day to talk to manager. I called but no one would answer the phone so I was charged the full amount. The pictures they posted of this motel looked nothing like it really was.

Not much

The kitchen in the 2 bedroom cottage was a mess. There was only one shelf in the dirty fridge. There are not enough utensils in the drawers in the kitchens. We needed a functioning kitchen to feed our family. Our friend in unit 6 did not have any heat and they gave her an extra blanket. Not a good solution for a cold night. There are homeless people sleeping in cars in the parking lot. The cars are filled with all their belonging. It said there was breakfast, but there wasn’t any.

Good water pressure in the shower.

Room was not ready at 3:00 check in. Went back 2 times to get into room and was not ready until 6. Most curtains were broken, we had to use a towel to block our bedroom window. Many light fixtures were missing bulbs. Main room floor was awful. Coffee pot but no coffee, only decaf. Thin blanket and no extra blankets provided. Bathroom sink not stable. Everything was dingy and dirty. Cobwebs in all windows, inside and outside.

It was quiet. It had AC.

The sofa sleeper needs replacing, it was awful. Light switches were dirty, it needs to be charmed up! There's so much potential for this place but it seems to be a long term rental complex?

our group booked 3 rooms - they are the same: - wet carpet and super dirty, socks become black immediately - terrible smell - bedding is dirty and has some sticky stuff - ashtrays in cabinets, it means people smoke in rooms and staff does not even clean rooms

Absolutely nothing! This place False Advertises with their pictures on their website it's completely horrible I got bit by a spider R others cobwebs everywhere the doors weren't cleaned out I had nasty s*** and I'm how do you move the bed because something fell behind it looked like it had never been clean before I would never stay here again and I would never recommend it to anybody if I could get my money back I would

Nothing. It was not a good exper ience.

People next door arguing in a loud manner. Facilitie was a mess.

Let me say the guy working the front desk was great, very nice happy guy. He was quick with check in.

The room or actually what they call a bungalow was not good at all. Smelled like urine, couch was stinky and looked like it was dragged in off the street from a college town (we were scared to sit on when our dog wouldn’t stop sniffing it) Drapes were actually lace that didn’t close so no privacy at all, could look into the next bungalow 7 feet away from the bed; not cool. The blankets on the bed were stained and gross we were again scared to use them but it was freezing. The actual property seems kinda rustic and cute when you pull in, but I would never recommend this to anyone! $150 seemed cheap for a 2 bedroom bungalow but for what we got it’s a rip off. I’ve stayed in plenty of fishing lodges, and campers, that can be plenty ‘rustic and rough’ so I’m not expecting a Hilton or anything fancy but this was by far the worst.
