pool and hot tub closed because of problems

Breakfast was fine. The location was good, not too far off the highway.

It was very depressing to find that the pool/hot tub, had not been working for some time. I traveled 375 miles with my Wife on the Motorcycle and am always looking forward to sitting in the pool and hot tub on every trip we take. If the listing was up to date, I would have stayed somewhere else, instead of writing this negative review. In the future, I may choose Booking.com, but would have to check with each reservation that I make, or too save time, just choose another discount Chain

The Breakfast was good.

If you look at my previous revue, you will find that the pool and hot tub were not working again. The note on the pool door said that they were closed for a city violation and were getting a part that was need for the ???? and would be getting it on Thursday the 22nd. Again, I was expecting the pool and hot tub would be working when we arrived on Sunday 23rd.... again it was not. My wife checked us in and asked for some kind of discount for being without what we paid for in good faith. The hotel clerk said we had "already received a discount for what we paid for thru Bookin.com", and wouldn't entertain any further discount. She also added that it would up and running sometime next week. You may want to check on that so that future travelers are not disappointed like we were

TV was out for the entire city. Hotel gave me a 20 dollar credit on my bill for the inconvenience. Well done!

Breakfast was great! Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Very good for a motel breakfast.

Only one chair in the room. Not a real problem, but older people don't always like to sit on the bed. We didn't realize until our phone wasn't charged that there's a switch that turns on the outlets.

I liked the friendly staff. The location was also perfect for where my conference was located.

Everything was fine.
