it was right on the beach

where do I start. our room was infested with insects and there were fire hazards msc I’m multiple spots. water damage on Ceilingcustomer service was very rude and even the manager wasUring was rude and hung up in me when I tried to call the hotel back about out nightmare of a stay

The beach is amazing, right Infront of the hotel, Rooms are very spacious

Great Location.

Some points to highlight: - Bad service: I contacted the hotel and asked for a crib when I booked, one month in advance, and they said it was subject to availability. I called again 2 days before arriving at the hotel and they confirmed availability. However, when we got there, there was no crib in the room. I had to ask several times more and they delivered the crib at 7pm when my daughter was almost asleep. - Check in at 4pm: we asked for an early check in and it wasn’t possible, but after taking a detour to get there at the check-in time, it turned out that everybody had already checked the room, and apparently there was only one apartment of the size we had booked, but which had no windows in any of the two rooms, both were completely dark, which in many countries is illegal. We requested the change, and fortunately another couple decided to leave free one apartment lke the one we had seen in the pictures of the appartment we had booked, and we were able to change to an apartment with two rooms with some view, even if it was to see a wall at 4m. - Charge for beach umbrella: it was a surprise to know that in the price we paid it was included 1 beach chair per person, but we had to pay $26 for 1 umbrella per day. - Poor coffee in the morning: I would like to give you a tip, I recommend you arrive before 4:00 PM, to collect some of the complementary cookies offered by the hotel, this will allow you to have some food at breakfast, because in the morning coffee offered by the hotel, there is only coffee, tea and milk.

suggestion to put more white big umbrella in the pool area specific close to the beach area because there is just two in the other side the mattres in the sofa bed wasn’t good but we call from desk and the put a small bed to fix that

We liked the location, the property, front desk personnel , servers and maintenance personnel. The beach was super nice. The room was nice and clean.

Wrist bands. I know why but 5 thousand to have to wear a wrist and the pool sergeant who bothers middle aged people who pay a lot of money to stay there. Defiantly did not like that. Diapers in the pool not good. Why can you have diapers in the pool but can’t have a drink? Ewwww! The food at the pool was better than Coast. We ate at Coast once.

Our room had a great size however we didnt have a Cooktop, which is a must for that size - 2 bedroom suite

The facility and staff were good. However the pools hours should be extended.

The room was for 4 people but still the hotel charged for the extra persons. The ballet charge is justified because parking availability but the extra charge for stay is not justified.

Beach, room - beautiful . But I ordered room from 2 to 4 people and actually can registered two people and for one person extra pay for beach chair.

We don't like extra pay for beach chair on one person, when we ordered room on three people. And extra pay fee for services and tax. When I ordered room in other hotels - all included in price ( all fee and tax )

Beach, pool, the incredible staff you have working for you

VERY expensive considering very poor internet connection. My husband is a doctor and needs to see patients online. He was not with us after all but he never could have worked. I also could not get my work done and cell phone calls were impossible. There were roaches in our room (3011?).
