It was clean, and right off the interstate.

It seemed kind of old. The tub was worn.

Breakfast was good. The stay was good and the also got a bar from 5-11pm that was cool as well.

The price I had to pay but it’s what came with booking last minute I guess.

Location was ok.

No ice machine on our floor. Our room never was cleaned even requested. The carpet looked disgusting. The tub didn’t drain. I never received the upgraded packages I paid for with booking.com. I was forced to pay $85.00 for my dog to sit in a crate in our room for an hour while we checked in before I could drop him off. The bed was awful. We were sinking in it. There was a huge rip in the comforter. Never ever again will I use the Hilton or Booking.com. I lost a ton of money and I was totally deceived by the package upgrades I paid for.

Great location! Easy access to and from I24 and lots of restaurants. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Loved the bar, happy hour and the friendly staff. The entry area was welcoming. There’s an indoor pool and small gym if desired.

Beds were just okay. I also realized I could have e gotten a much better deal booking through the actual hotel rather than on Booking however it was too late to cancel.
