Centrally located to everything, nice room and bathroom
Wish their was a laundry on every floor

Location was good. Computer support and help getting online was good.
The ice machine did not work. No grab bars in shower. Very uncomfortable office chair.

At the prices charged we would have expected and appreciated a light inclusive breakfast. The staff though at the bistro were excellent.

The staff was wonderful, the room was great, awesome breakfast, excellent location.
Noisy hallway until 1:30 a.m. with doors slamming and loud hotel guests. One night was quiet, two were not until past 1:30 a.m.

1. Key locks on doors were difficult to operate. Often times, it took several tries to get the door to open.
2. In-room coffee makers are OK, however - the cup sleeves are too big for the cups. Also, for multiday stays, the room was not stocked with enough coffee or cups for more than one day.

The breakfast and bar staff were amazing! The outside sitting areas were perfect! Everything was clean!

Location, cleanliness, bedroom super spacious with two beds and a sofa bed.
We had to leave because they didn't have got water. Something broke but they accommodated us in another hotel.
