Very nice, courteous and professional. They answered the phone promptly and the shuttle was very convenient.

I stayed 3 nights and the housekeepers only came once to make the bed.

It was close to the airport.

100$ for my dog. We weren’t even there for 24 hours. No lotion and no hairdryer in my room. For $200 a night, I expect those things. This area has no services around so if you need anything you will have to get from UberEats, get in an Uber to get, or spend more money at the hotel. The food prices are comparable to airport food prices. Between using UberEats to get dog food for my dog, the price of room, the pet fee and hotel dinner I spent almost $400 in 16 hours. Not worth it. And my first UberEats canceled because they couldn’t find the hotel. I see most costumers have the same complaints. I should have read the reviews.

No pool it was filled with chairs. Housekeeping never came and we had to ask to towels blankets trash bags. room was messy when got in.

no restaurants or shopping near by. uber to anything took forever and really expensive. breakfast was supposed to be include but because our flight was before the kitchen openned, we didnt get anything only juice and multigrain bar.

$25.00 per day parking. No pool. lobby smells weird. The rooms were not worth the price we paid to stay. very tiny. Hotel staff was very stand-off and housekeeping never came to our room in the five days we were there. has to hunt them down just to get clean towels

Booking.com had old information regarding Courtyards airport shuttle. it caused us a longer wait than needed, so that wasn't fun but that's on BOOKING.COM not Courtyard. Also nowhere on our reservation was the name Marriot referenced so that was also misleading. So a 1 star for Booking and a 5 start for Courtyard Marriot.
