El hotel está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la plaza Union Square. El personal es amable y dispone de beneficios como entradas gratuitas al Museo Moma, al tranvía turístico y descuentos en el restaurant del hotel.

Estacionamento absurdo de caro; Porteiro impaciente para aguardar a retirada das malas no check in; arrumadeira bateu na porta de manhã apesar do aviso “não perturbe “. Juntamos duas reservas pois ficamos mais um dia e. Tive que reclamar a quantia de US$ 250 entregue em depósito pois o funcionário não encontrava as informações corretas sobre meu pagamento em dinheiro. No final resolveu.

They registered me alright but refuses to even let me in the money after trying to ring my card before I got to check in there manners where embarrassing and I left confused and in tears I'm in a crappy out ink the middle of nowhere area because they where so rude while the manager hits behind his 2 legged dog who dented my service dog and was precious as hell he's the black man with a control priv Belmont obviously presifous of my personal service dog was not up for argument I'm going to sue for sure caused all kinds of emotional and physical problems

We payed for 3 people room but breakfast was only for 2. We had to pay for the third person.

The location was perfect. It had easy and quick access to all of the favorite spots that we wanted to see. The front desk staff were super friendly, efficient and helpful in navigating around. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, were visible and were also super nice. The door men were always present, helpful and fun. We tried the breakfast and there were great offerings and the staff were nice as well. All in all it was a great place to stay.

The room did not have any welcome amenities, no welcome letter from the GM of the hotel, and a very cold first impression of the hotel. I'm not feeling wanted there. The water bottles, which is a basic need eas absent and one had to buy it from a vending machine, what a shame. There was no proper working iron as the one I had in my room was leaking with water. No explanation of the hotel facilities by any of the staff, like types of restaurants, any hotel discounts in bar, the place to have breakfast. Overall, it was a horrible experience which can only be compared to a 2 star hotel. Shame, Marriott.

Location was good. Close to Walgreens and McDonalds. Also close to Union Square Park and mega high-end shopping.

Nothing to do with the hotel but the city of San Francisco is very dirty and run down looking. Can cross this city off my travel destinations.

They charged breakfast when it was already included. Reception staff seems always waiting for the break and in a rush even when its quite..

Good size room and exactly as shown. Bed very comfortable and evening bar/restaurant was good

Pricing was confusing. Extras were added then given credits given for eg WiFi and money off meal in bar.
