the lighting in room was poor. Living room needs overhead light. Set up is great for family.

When we got back in the evening there was no parking left by our room so we ended up having to park at the main entrance and walk. Thankfully we had our luggage in the room already

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom- room was amazing. Nice Halloween cookies at check in and candy too- above and beyond full breakfast with many choices as well

They layout of the suite was really nice. Very spacious. Staff was super nice.

The door in the upstairs bathroom was too close to the toilet. There should be some sort of get that can be closed to the stairs. Almost fell down late at night even tho there was side lights.

Property not well maintained. Room was poorly designed. Door to the bathroom would not close without hitting the toilet!

We arrived several hours earlier than expected and the staff promptly provided us with a suite. Breakfast buffet offered a variety of hot and cold options. There was something for everyone! All staff members were consistently helpful and polite.

The room was clean, cozy, and the staff was friendly. The room had everything we needed, very comfortable. Good breakfast. It was close to Salem and also a short drive to Boston. Highly recommended.

Absolutely great stay! A friend and I came to visit for a couple of days to see Salem, and the location of this hotel was perfect. The room was everything we hoped for, and the staff was so friendly. I experienced no problem having my service dog with me. The property complex is also planned out to allow for quick walks around as well, which I really appreciated. The hot breakfast buffet in the mornings is a great addition, & really liked that they serve it until 9am! There are lots of stores nearby for any shopping that you might need to do as well. Will definitely be back :)

I wish there was a note on how to use the fireplace, and that we would need to buy our own wood/starter logs - just so that we could prep for that ahead of time. But, it wasn't a big deal and we enjoyed our stay very much regardless :)

I liked the design, it was comfortable, the kitchen was nice, and it had a good amount of room for the kitchen/sleeping/ living area. The staff were all nice and welcoming.

THE LOCATION was probably the worst in any place I’ve stayed in, my boyfriend and I stayed there to visit Salem because our favorite place in Beverly closed due to covid taking its toll financially on them. The road was a disaster, three lanes no lines, and you had to back track because there was a divider wall, and even if you could cross you wouldn’t be able to because the traffic is so bad. If it wasn’t for the location it would’ve been wonderful.
