The pool and amenities at the pool were nice. The location, within the PSP area was also good.
The limitation on the air conditioner was a very big draw back. A sign on the box stated that we should not exceed 70, make for an unconfortable night and i am not so sure I would stay again if that remains the case.

First time staying at a golf resort, it looked amazing. Very nice surroundings, calm, beautiful place.

There were garages for the cars
The room was small, very old and smelled moldy. Also we had water in the bathroom on the floor. The maintenance had to come and an old half filled was still in the fridge, what was not from us. No sorry from the staff.

terrible directions to find front gate to enter. in fact no mention of gates . we arrived in dark and Google maps took us to entry of golf building and any kind of sign pointing to gate would have been nice. nice night security but he took long time to check us in ,

The grounds were impeccable, would have liked to see that same care inside the room. While the room was spacious, the furnishings were outdated. I also did not like the non-locking garages. The people staying next to us left early, and they left the garage door up and our car exposed. Thankfully, nothing was taken. Also, for guests arriving at night, it would be nice to have a more visible sign letting guests know where the office is and how to get there. For the price I paid ($149), it was a great value, but for the price normally charged for the room (I believe it was $396), not so much.

The ladies at the front desk were excellent and very friendly. They gave us an extension on check out so we could do some business. very appreciated!
The pillows were terrible hard lumps I had to but my own.

the pump for the pool has a very loud buzzing that comes on every couple of minutes. it was so irritating that I couldn’t hang out there. not sure why this is.

The two bedroom suite was large, clean and comfortable. The surrounding area was beautiful. The staff was friendly. We loved the property and enjoyed our stay here.

stayed one night in March and wish we would have stayed a little longer. The rooms were very large and clean with everything that you need and more. Beautiful grounds with a large pool.

Room was big, they provided bed coverings for the pull-out sofa bed. Sofa bed was OK. Porch overlooking the courtyard was nice. had a dishwasher, no laundry in-room.
Broken pool and hot tub, health inspector took their license for the pool and hot tub. only one of the two doors to the bathroom had a lock. I would have booked somewhere else with the pool and hot tub broken, but it was too late to make those changes.

We liked almost everything
The WIFI might have been free but it was also non-existent. If you need to have wifi access, look somewhere else.

We loved the size of the 1 bdrm condo and all the amenities of our short 1 night stay. Having a small patio with a table and chairs was very nice. We enjoyed our location looking out to the pool and BBQ area. It was very quiet and lovely here. And we had a garage to put the car in! I liked having a good restaurant (in the golf club) within walking distance - across the street. We had our car which made it easy to get around the Palm Springs area from this location. A car is needed if you stay here.
Unfortunately, something happened to the pool the day before our arrival causing management to shut down the pool area for a couple of weeks. We would have liked to take a swim but as it was only a one day stay, we didn't change the reservation.

It was super quite and tucked away from main road. Suite was large and liked the community feel. Comfortable bed and no noisy neighbors.
Front desk person was not very welcoming.

Bed & pillows weren’t very comfortable to me, but that is such an individual preference. The room could use updating.
