Convenient and close to downtown and not from the attractions in Cincinnati.
Very clean, nice having a bar and food downstairs as well.

Clean, nice appearance of rooms, temperature, t.v., quiet floor and ease of checking in and out.
the cost of snacks is outrageous, but if I hadn't just had to walk the 1.4 miles from Paycor Stadium because the bus never came for pickup, I wouldn't have made the purchase.

Great location! Had a nice afternoon in the cool downtown Covington area and then had a easy ride to the game. We walked back to enjoy the nice evening.
The A/C in the room didn’t work great and leaked water on carpet.

My opinion it was way overpriced at nearly $500 for 2 nights. Needs some updating. Carpets and showers were dirty. At that price I think you should provide some breakfast and not an overpriced bistro that no one uses.

Hotel was clean and modern. I liked the daily popcorn.
I wish they still had the pool and hot tub. I also wished there was some level of continental breakfast.

The hotel itself was nice the staff was wonderful made you feel very welcomed.
The PARKING was terrible. It was hard getting in and out of the garage. I loved the hotel but I will not be staying there again because of the parking.

Pretty pricey for a one night stay without even having a breakfast included. It was around $260 a night. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were even worse. Took a long time to get hot water in the shower.

New and clean, stylish facility with friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location just across the river from downtown Cincinnati. Free parking in garage. Decent price.
Immediate neighborhood didn’t seem so interesting and was a bit worn looking, but didn’t matter to us since we drove to Cincinnati for entertainment.

Friendly staff
Booking.com had my information incorrect, therefore the check in process was not smooth. The hotel did not have my reservation because my information was incorrect on booking.com’s behalf. I will hesitate to book again using booking.com. Also, the rooms weren’t cleaned to my satisfaction.
