Shuttle service to wedding venue (Shadowbrook)

There was an infestation of stink bugs. Probably about 15-20. Called several times and spoke with the front desk manager and facilities person who attempted to help vaccine/clean. It was beyond helping. Still, had to leave at 4am to drive an hour home. I was very disappointed but the manager credited my stay and was very apologetic.

Location worked well for us - diner was 10 minutes away for breakfast - staff was great and were able to accommodate our request for early check in

I booked 2 rooms for a wedding and I was told I couldn’t get the wedding discount the rooms were taken even though the date was weeks before then the day after the wedding after I checked out I found out someone booked the room 3 days after me and got the wedding break, to me this is unacceptable. I booked I believe 3/9 and they did either 3/11 or 3/13

The room was very clean. And the shower was hot. After a long day, this is the most important attribute of your room.

The only thing that I can comment on was regarding the prepaid breakfast. The front desk called me at 9:00pm to remind me. When I ordered breakfast in the am, there was not a record of it. It was a quick fix but wondered why there was a miscommunication.

It was clean and the location of my room was quiet.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It's the closest hotel to our family in Shrewsbury.

we would have been happier with a walk-in shower in the bath.
