The location was convenient for my needs.

The stench of artificial air freshener in the lobby should have been my first clue. Front desk gave me keys that opened another guest’s room. I walked in on a half-naked woman getting ready to go out for the evening. It was upsetting and embarrassing. Once I got my actual room, the walls were paper thin, and I could easily hear every word my neighbors said all night long. When I got my overpriced bagel and coffee the next morning, the bistro staff member was rude. Finally, as I picked up my suitcase to leave in the morning, I found a massive cockroach under it.

The location of the property was perfect.

The hotel is out dated my first room was dirty and air didn’t cool. Went to the front desk I was moved to another unclean room with no tv! Okay so I was moved to another room this room was unclean old towels still in bathroom hair on toilet and tub.

I like that you had to use your key to get in and out it made us feel safe. The room was very clean and the cleaning lady made sure we had extra blankets and towels she was super nice and helpful

When we got there nobody was at the desk to check us in it took them 15 minutes to come the front desk and the place to eat said they close at 10 pm but when we went to order something they told us it was closed

My stay there is always pleasant

Ummm the price. Lol.. It was graduation time so I knew it would be pricey

Close to shopping and food

The machine they use to assign rooms to the entry cards was down so we had to let up and into our room when we came back from any outings we did

It was perfect! My first stay with booking.com and at the Courtyard Marriott; it was amazing! The location, amenities, staff and the actual room were just immaculate. We only stayed two nights but wished it would have been a whole week! ❤

That we had to leave! 😭😭 Everything was great!

Room set-up did not match reservation. Broken toilet not fixed to after 9am.

We was told about a free breakfast upon check-in and we had to pay for our breakfast.
