Easy access to room. Walking distance to shopping and resturants/food

Room was clean, nice to see breakfast again.

Staff was so accommodating, room was very clean
The jacuzzi, which was the reason I booked this place, was out of order. The thermostat in the room was broken, so my room stayed in the 60’s all night.

Room smelled like smoke but was non-smoking???

Use the waffle machine and had one toaster only. For a long weekend they should do better.
We booked non smoking rooms and had to be moved twice because of the strong smoke/substance smell.
Had to ask for iron. Tv was not working. Hand basin had hot water only. AC was not working. Did let the management know and were offered a discount.

The location was great and quite enjoyable, but I a slight problem, your bed/ mattress was very uncomfortable it felt like it was old and slumpy, please , fix this problem and issue for other clients.
The mattress/ bed was really uncomfortable, like it was broken and split in half so the bed / mattress was making a u shape down the middle and sinking in . Thank you

The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a very good variety of bread, hot and cold choices. The coffee was tasty. Close to a lot of eating places and close to the 60 freeway.
The walls were a little thin and every time someone turned on the shower or flushed the toilet, you could hear the water running.
