Plenty of room, very convenient place to stay. Restaurants nearby. Will stay again.

Slight smell of someone had smoked in the room.

The room was a nice size. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. I liked that the checkout time was at noon.

Upon arrival, the bed, both the mattress underneath the cover and the sheets, were covered in hair. The corner of the bathroom was caked in dirt. The room had an odd odor to it. Overall, it could have been cleaner. Also, it is no fault of the facility, but even though the layout is not of a normal hotel with the rooms all on a hallway, the rooms are not soundproof, so if you have noisy neighbors be prepared to not get in a good sleep.

location. easy to get to and lots of shopping and restaurants near by.

Its look is cute. Liked the setup of the room.

Main door wouldn't stay shut unless locked. Upstairs bathroom would not close. Broken furniture, dirty dishes.

Convenience of the room.

Location was not ideal. People were questionable who were hanging around the parking area.. our room was under steps and on the back side. Questionable safety. One night two drinks were hanging by the building.

Difficult to find late in the evening.

The bed was comfortable.

Toilet did not flush well. They did not use fitted sheet. No hand soap provided. They never once came to clean the room. Stains on carpet. People smoking outside our room even though it was non smoking.

The location to the activities were doing

Went an hr and a half after check in time and room wasn't ready. There was trash in one of the table cabinets. Had to ask for soap to wash hands and clean dishes (had suite with kitchen). Was there 3 nights with 4 people and when asked for extra towels, was denied. When checking out was refused a receipt for the stay.

The rooms were not terrible. The bed was pretty comfortable. The fridge worked, I guess.

There was blood all over the floor. They switched my room, but there was more blood on the floor. It was pretty ridiculous. We also swept dirt off our sheets. There were no security cameras on the premise either. I asked to speak with a manager about receiving a discount for our stay for the filthy rooms we received, but never heard back from them.

All the staff was super nice

It was very quiet and clean. Also convenient to the locations I needed to visit for work.

I don’t know if it was a mechanical issue, but I couldn’t get very hot water for washing hands and showering.

Spacious

No hot water, couldn't take a shower. Coffee maker had old coffee grounds in it and not clean. I told the front desk and they didn't apologize or anything, just said they made a note of it. No offer of a credit or anything.

Bath very small. Door hard to open , when I complained, staff said they were “just old” No breakfast as I thought. A bag of packaged muffin, granola bar, and bottle of water. None of which I ate.
